What counts as one contact unlock?: One property. Once you unlock an owner's details for a listing, they stay visible to you forever at no extra cost — revisiting it never charges you again.
Do my free listings come back if I delete one?: No. The five free listings are counted over the lifetime of your account, so removing a listing does not return the slot. Listings rejected by our review team are not counted.
When exactly am I charged?: Only at the moment you go past the free allowance — unlocking a sixth contact, or posting a sixth listing. The amount is shown before you confirm, and your dashboard always shows how many free ones you have left.
Are there any other fees?: No. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, and no commission taken on rent paid through the platform.
